• Ningún otro agente ajeno a Tour 7 Colores, tiene la capacidad de modificar, restringir o ampliar los términos de este contrato que rige los Términos y Condiciones
• El Cliente al contratar el tour acepta los términos y condiciones del presente documento.
• Tour 7 Colores is a website that offers the service of tourist tours to the Mountain of 7 Colors (Vinicunca) in the Cusco region – Peru.
• This Terms and Conditions document has the character of a contract and regulates the terms and conditions of the client with respect to the services contracted by Tour 7 Colores.
• No other agent other than Tour 7 Colores has the ability to modify, restrict or expand the terms of this contract that governs the Terms and Conditions
• By booking the tour, the Client accepts the terms and conditions of this document.

• TOUR 7 COLORS is a brand and virtual platform of MACHU PICCHU TERRA SRL, Travel and Tourism Agency, official tourism agency authorized by the Ministry of Culture of Peru with registration MA0473 and that operates the tour service to the Mountain of 7 Colors, Vinicunca.
• CLIENT. This is the natural or legal person who takes advantage of the various tourist services operated by Machupicchu Terra through Tour 7 Colores.

• The Tour 7 Colores website (tour7colores.com) is a website that offers visits to the various tourist attractions of the Mountain of 7 Colors and its surroundings, as well as other tourist attractions in the Cusco region of Peru.
• Tour 7 Colores, through its website and social networks, will make its best efforts to keep the Client informed and meet their requirements with the greatest possible safety and efficiency for the realization of their tour to the 7 Color Mountain, the Vinicunca.
• The virtual platform of Tour 7 Colores provides several means of contact such as email (info@machupicchuterra.com), WhatsApp ((+51) 982 108 083 / (+51) 994 349 441) or telephone (51) 84 207064 in order to keep informed through good communication with the Client.
• Likewise, Tour 7 Colores through its web platform, in whose Blog or Tips section, offers a large amount of very useful information for the Client about the different tourist attractions of Cusco, especially the 7 Colors Mountain, the Vinicunca.

About the process of purchasing the tourist service

• The Client can use the Tour 7 Colores web platform from anywhere in the world to purchase their tour to the 7 Color Mountain, Vinicunca.
• To purchase any of the tourist services offered by Tour 7 Colores, the Client must have an email address, to which the reservation form, payment invoice and payment confirmation will be sent (check your inbox and spam folder). In addition, email is the main means of clarifying queries and resolving any conflict that may arise before, during and after the service to the 7 Colores Mountain, Vinicunca.
• To complete the purchase process, the Client must fill out the reservation form available on the Tour 7 Colores website (www.tour7colores.com). To complete the required fields on the reservation form, the Client must do so with the data that appears on a valid official identification document from their place of origin (such as a Passport, ID, personal identification documents, foreigner’s card, etc.). • Tour 7 Colores does accept modifications to the service that was purchased on our website www.tour7colores.com.
• The possible changes to the service offered by Tour 7 Colores are the following: date of the service, people participating in the tour.
• The change of service proceeds after making an additional payment with a last request date of five days before the date of service.
• Modifications are made at the request of the Client by means of a request sent via email to info@machupicchuterra.com.
• Any information entered incorrectly by Tour 7 Colores may be modified free of charge at the Client ‘s request .

• This is the penalty for changing the 7 Colors Tour service:
  • Penalty for service changes: 10% penalty on the total payment amount.

About cancellations and refunds of the 7 Colors Tour service

• Tour 7 Colores does accept cancellations and refunds for the service that was purchased on our website www.tour7colores.com.
• Cancellations of the 7 Colors Tour service are made at the request of the Client by email to info@machupicchuterra.com no less than 5 days before the day of the visit.
• Refund after cancellation request will be made within a maximum of 48 hours before the previously scheduled tour date. Refund will be made using the same payment method that the visitor used to make the payment, such as: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, PayPal).
• The payment gateway you choose (e.g. Visa or MasterCard) determines the time it takes for your money to appear in your bank account. Most payment gateways send the full amount after one month on average.
• Last minute cancellations are not accepted (the last deadline is 5 days before the scheduled service date).
• If the information has been entered incorrectly by Tour 7 Colores, the tour may be cancelled free of charge at the request of the Client.

• This is the penalty for cancellation of the 7 Colors Tour service:
  • Penalty for service changes: 25% penalty on the total payment amount.

About confidentiality of information

• Tour 7 Colores offers a quality, secure service that protects all of the Client’s personal information. We ensure the confidentiality of the data entered by the Client at the time of making their reservation. This is also done during the payment form, such as the data provided in the payment transaction and the documents sent by email (names, email, date of birth, document number, credit or debit card number, etc.).
• This information will be used solely and exclusively to properly perform the tourist service. All visitor information is completely secure as the website has an SSL internet security system.

About the release of liability

• Tour 7 Colores is not responsible if the data provided by the Client is not the same as the passport or identity document registered in the reservation. However, it does offer free change or cancellation if the error occurred unintentionally on our part.
• Tour 7 Colores has no control over adverse weather events, natural disasters such as earthquakes, mudslides, or floods or social conflicts that could cause roadblocks and prevent your arrival in Cusco to provide the tourist service to the Mountain of 7 Colors. In these situations, changes and cancellations are governed by our Terms and Conditions set forth in this document.
• Tour 7 Colores is not responsible for the deterioration, partial or total loss of your luggage during the execution of the services to the Mountain 7 Colors, the Vinicunca.
• Tour 7 Colores is not responsible for any delays of the Client on the day of the tour when taking the tour to the Mountain of 7 Colors, the Vinicunca.
• Tour 7 Colores is not responsible for any possible accident or loss of life during the performance of our services, which are carried out in a high altitude geography. The tour is not recommended for older adults in poor physical or health condition. In such cases, it is recommended to travel to Cusco with a valid life and health insurance.
• The Client who is unable to carry out their tourist service to the 7 Colors Mountain and does not communicate in a timely manner, or carry out any procedure for cancellation or change of date, will lose all rights to their service, and no refund will be due from Tour 7 Colores.
